It’s been more than 30 years since UECBV last gathered in Vienna and in 2026, we’re coming back! The European Livestock and Meat Trading Union (UECBV) invites members, partners, and friends from across Europe and around the world to meet in one of Europe’s most iconic cities. Representing over 20,000 companies in the livestock and meat sector from cattle, horse, sheep, and pig traders to slaughterhouses, processors, and import/export specialists, UECBV continues to be the united voice of our industry in Europe and beyond.

Our Viennese Congress will explore the challenges and opportunities shaping our future sustainability, competitiveness, innovation, and consumer expectations. Beyond the sessions, a special programme for accompanying guests will showcase Vienna’s cultural gems, Schönbrunn Palace, the Spanish Riding School, the Albertina, and more offering an unforgettable taste of Austria.

The event will close with an elegant gala dinner, where delegates and guests can connect and celebrate in true Viennese style. And on Friday, 16 October, participants will be invited to visit leading Austrian industry sites, offering valuable insights and inspiration.
